The M&E component of ADMin4ALL is carried out in partnership with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO) and aims at enhancing the capacities of participating authorities in the monitoring and evaluation of social services for migrant integration. It is addressed to 14 social services officials from 9 different localities in 7 EU countries: the municipalities of Telfs and Kufstein in Austria, the municipalities of Kalamaria and Neapoli-Sykies in the urban area of Thessaloniki in Greece, the municipality of Venice in Italy, the municipality of Malaga in Spain, the municipality of Gdansk in Poland, the city hall and the General Inspectorate for Immigration of Cluj-Napoca in Romania, and the Foundation for Social Welfare Services and the Human Rights Directorate of the Ministry for Justice, Equality and Governance in Malta.
The M&E component consists of two main activities:
- an e-learning programme, consisting of 9 online modules on M&E, aimed at enhancing the competences of the participating authorities to assess the relevance, the effectiveness, the sustainability and the impact of their integration services.
- assistance in the development of local M&E strategies, aiming to support the participating authorities in translating the knowledge acquired into good practices, contributing to improving the monitoring and evaluation of their integration services.
Only the selected participants – who have received their usernames and passwords via e-mail – may create their account and access the M&E e-learning programme through the ITC-ILO e-campus, by clicking here.
Upon completion of the course, the participants will obtain an internationally valid certificate, issued by the ITC-ILO.
